My name is Jim Rooseman and I am a private chef.
I am a passionate, confident, and creative chef who can skillfully plan menus, prepare outstanding food, to deliver quality of service to my clients.

Having started as a student cook, then working my way up at different Michelin star restaurants and hotels in Europe and San Francisco, and being Executive Chef for more than 20 years, I have mastered the art of fusion cuisine.

I always ensure the applicable safety and hygiene procedures are followed, and I am always on the lookout for new ideas and inspiration to create menus to surprise my clients and surpass their expectations.
